Neurofeedback
Is a form of biofeedback training that uses the recording of electroencephalographic (EEG) brain waves as the signal to achieve through the feedback process the control of one's own brain activity.
Biofeedback
Biofeedback is a technique that allows a person to learn how to modify physiological activity in order to improve health and activity.

How Does Neurofeedback Work?

The brain works with frequencies, each area of the brain has a specific frequency. Neurofeedback balances the emotional brain; reducing anxiety, reducing impulsivity and everything related to the cognitive behavioral aspect of the brain.
It consists of collecting the electroencephalogram through two active sensors, plus a referent one, while a computer program analyzes this activity.
This information is returned (feedback) to the brain through therapeutic animations.
It is a tool to show the brain the most effective way to function.

Neurofeedback helps control mood disorders like anxiety and depression, Improve
problems with the central nervous system & Autism, sleep disorders, epilepsy, cognitive dysfunction resulting from head trauma, autism, stroke or aging.
